These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website greeneaglewash.com and the pressure washing and related services provided by Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC ("Green Eagle," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Green Eagle provides residential and commercial pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, concrete and driveway cleaning, deck and fence restoration, roof soft washing, gutter and window cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services as described on our website. The specific services we provide for you are confirmed when you book. We may decline or stop work in situations that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside the agreed scope.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information you give us and are not a guarantee of the final price. The final charge depends on the actual size, condition, access, surfaces, materials, and services required on the day of service. We will let you know about material changes when we reasonably can. An estimate is valid for the period stated, or, if none is stated, for a reasonable time.
A booking is confirmed once we agree on a date and scope of work. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We may charge a fee for late cancellations or rescheduling, or for a trip where our crew arrives ready to work but cannot perform the job for reasons outside our control. Any required deposit will be communicated at booking.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless we arrange otherwise. We accept the payment methods stated at booking. You are responsible for any agreed deposit and for the final balance once the work is complete.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property, to ensure safe and legal access to the areas to be cleaned, and to make a working water source and, where needed, electrical access available on the day of service. Please move or secure vehicles, furniture, plants, decorations, and other items away from the work area in advance, and close windows and doors before we begin. You are responsible for obtaining any permits or building approvals required for the work unless we agree otherwise.
Please tell us in advance about delicate, aging, or previously damaged surfaces, loose siding, failing paint or sealant, leaks, or any area that may be sensitive to water or cleaning solutions, so we can choose the right method or recommend against cleaning it. We use soft washing for delicate materials and higher pressure only on surfaces that can handle it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage that results from undisclosed conditions, defects, or improper prior installation or repair.
We treat your property with care and use methods appropriate to each surface. Our liability for loss of or damage to your property is limited as permitted by applicable law and by the coverage we carry. Claims for loss or damage must be reported to us promptly and in writing so we can inspect the area and review them before any further cleaning, repair, or change to the affected surface. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC carries comprehensive liability insurance. Documentation is available on request.
Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC sends text message updates and responses to customers about quotes, scheduling, and the services offered at greeneaglewash.com. When you opt in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message from us, or text STOP to (919) 951-9225. After you send STOP to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending you messages again.
If at any time you forget which keywords are supported, just text HELP to (919) 951-9225. After you send HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
